PFP surveys & consultancy.
Sometimes the work starts with a question, not a specification: what's been done, what's missing, and what needs to happen next? We carry out PFP surveys for specifiers, contractors and building owners — from a single-day visit to a multi-phase estate audit.
What you get
Every survey we deliver produces the same output: a clear, evidenced, prioritised schedule of findings. No vague commentary. No liability disclaimers that obscure the actual condition. If a penetration is unsealed, we photograph it, reference it to a location, and record what it would take to fix it. If a compartment wall is compromised, we say so and quantify the remediation.
If remedial work is needed, we can carry it out — the same team that surveyed the building installs the fix, with a single accountable record from inspection through to completion.
Survey levels
Visual
Non-intrusive inspection of accessible elements. Ideal for initial assessment or annual review.
Sampling
Targeted intrusive investigation at pre-selected locations. Used where specific concerns exist.
Full Intrusive
Systematic investigation across all compartment elements. Removes finishes to assess hidden penetrations.
Enhanced Intrusive
Destructive investigation for high-risk, complex or high-rise buildings requiring the highest level of assurance.
